Ysgol Llywelyn is a large 3-form entry primary school which opened in 1951. We are one of the largest primary schools in North Wales.  The school is laid out in the shape of a capital E and each 'wing' is where our classes are situated.

We are incredibly proud of the facilities of our school. We have a large Main Hall, PE Hall and Dining room along with 2 outdoor learning classroom areas and a separate building where we are able to run intervention groups and have space for external professionals to come into school and work with pupils.

These excellent facilities are all used to both enhance the curriculum and enrich and broaden the curriculum. The Governing Body and staff are keen to involve the community in the life of the school as much as possible, and as such allow the community to use the school facilities wherever possible. (Sometimes on a charged for basis, as per the Lettings Policy).
